Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved items, are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Return
Contact our customer support at namyra.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (if in stock).
Contact us within 7 days to request an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
