Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

    • Accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved items, are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support at namyra.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (if in stock).

  • Contact us within 7 days to request an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
